改善安钢焦炭热性能工业性试验研究

摘　　要：在安阳钢铁集团有限责任公司焦化厂 ,模拟熄焦过程和焦炭转运过程 ,采用平面和立体喷洒方式向焦炭喷洒 ZBS (焦炭改性剂 )溶液。通过系列实验 ,探讨了 ZBS与焦炭的作用机理 ,重点研究了其对焦炭反应性、反应后强度的影响。安钢现场试验结果表明 :焦炭经 ZBS溶液处理后 ,焦炭反应性 (CRI)降低了 5 .5 0～ 7.85个百分点 ;焦炭反应后强度 (CSR)提高了 6 .8～ 8.6 3个百分点 ;The coke was sprayed with the ZBS solution to simulate coke quenching and cooling process at Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.. The mechanism of the ZBS additive on coke was discussed. The influence of the ZBS on coke properties such as CRI, CSR was studied and the main results are as follows .The CRI of the coke can be decrease by 5.50~7.85 percent.The CSR of the coke raised by 6.80~8.63 percent.The result would have important value for the production of the Anyang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
