摘　　要：分析当前中国城市土地供给存在的两个基本问题,讨论了中国城市土地供给定量化管理的必要性,并结合美国等西方发达国家城市土地供给定量化管理的经验,深入分析了中国开展城市土地供给定量化管理的技术、数据、学科理论和管理体制等条件,以及中国应具有的特色。Analysis two basic existing problems in land supply for urban areas, discuss the need for quantitative management of land supply for urban areas. based on the experience of quantitative management of land supply for urban areas from U.S and other advanced countries, further analysis the conditions for carrying out of the quantitative management of land supply for urban areas, including technology, data, theory of this subject, manage mental mechanism and special features for China.
