摘　　要：生态工业是仿照自然界生态过程物质循环的方式来规划工业生态系统的一种工业形式,是目前循环经济发展的趋势。从环保、生态及经济效率的角度说,都是最优的经济形态。但是由于它自身形成路径和运作模式的复杂性,在运作过程中存在诸多问题和风险,成为制约其发展的瓶颈,如何提高其柔性化是生态工业正常运转的前提。本文试图从生态工业网络运作中存在的问题和障碍着手,从经济学和社会学的角度进行柔性化分析。Eco-industry is a kind of industrial form, which imitates the way of physical recycle in natural ecological process to perform industrial ecological system. It is the optimal economical form of environmental protection, ecological and economical efficiency. But because of the complexity of its own path and operational mode, there are many problems, which become the bottleneck of ESN. How to promote its flexibility is the premise of ESN. This paper tries to have an analysis of the flexibility from the perspective of economics and social science.
