摘　　要：本文介绍一种以环氧树脂为基料的水下施工涂料,阐述该涂料的配方设计、性能及应用,并对水下涂装工艺进行了探讨。An underwater coating compound based on epoxy resin as binder is introduced. The formulating, properties, applications are described and the underwater application technology of the coating is discussed.
