回转式贴标机取标机构凸轮曲线的分析设计

摘　　要：对回转式贴标机的取标机构凸轮曲线进行了分析设计,首先根据取标机构工作原理,提出了标板在各个工位时应满足的条件;其次,在工位分析的基础上,对凸轮曲线进行了设计;最后,进行了实例计算,所得凸轮曲线满足取标要求。In this paper, the design of the cam curve of the picking-up mechanism of the round labeling machine is given. First, the conditions required by the work-place are proposed on the basis of the working principles of the picking-up mechanism. Second, on the basis of the work-place analysis, the curve is designed. Finally, the example is given. The result can meet the requirements of picking-up.
