摘　　要：叙述了BGRIMM炸药 (赞比亚 )有限责任公司 (BEZL)采用BGRIMM乳化炸药技术 ,利用自行设计研制的连续乳化器、高效冷却器、连续敏化机、微机控制系统和应用引进的全自动装药机组成的60 0 0t/a多品种乳化炸药连续化生产线 ,在一个敞开式工房内 ,可同时生产不同炸药品种从进料至出产品的生产全过程。经过半年多的试生产和井下爆破作业实践表明 ,炸药品种设计和工艺流程的选择 ,设备的选型、研制与布局均是合理的。生产的炸药爆轰性能高、成本低、爆破效果好 ,为今后拓展海外市场起到积极的推动作用。A computer controlled continuous production line for multi sort emulsion explosives is introduced This line with an output of 6000t/a has been set in Zambia by use of the BGRIMM emulsion explosive technology and the self developed emulsifier,high efficient cooler,sensitization unit as well as imported fully automatic charger In an opening workshop,a complete production process of from feeding to various final products is contained The pilot scale production and use of explosive products in underground blasting for over six months show that the design of explosive sorts,the selection of technological flowsheet and the arrangement of equipment are reasonable The emulsion explosives produced by this line are excellent in performance,low in cost and good in blasting effect Set up of this line has a promoting role to expansion of oversea markets
