摘 要:目的:探讨次声多次暴露对大鼠血浆一氧化氮、内皮素-1含量的影响。方法:选择成年SD大鼠60只,按随机数字表法分为对照组和次声暴露组,用8Hz,130dB的次声连续作用大鼠1,7,14,21,28d,2h/d,测定大鼠血浆一氧化氮、内皮素-1含量。结果:次声暴露1d,大鼠血浆一氧化氮含量发生变化(P<0.05),7,14d时降低明显犤0,7,14d时分别为(35.55±3.64),(34.70±4.26),(33.37±4.78)μmol/L犦,与对照组犤(0,7,14d时分别为(36.01±3.41),(36.02±3.71),(36.11±3.39)μmol/L〗比较,差异有显著性意义(F=3.310,P<0.01)。21,28d时恢复正常(P>0.05);大鼠血浆内皮素-1含量在暴露期间均明显升高,与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(F=3.130,P<0.01),7d时升高最多,14d时升高最少,21,28d时较14d时有所升高。结论:次声可引起大鼠血浆一氧化氮、内皮素-1含量的变化,而变化情况和次声暴露时间和量有关。AIM:To explore the effect of exposure to infrasound for several times on the contents of nitric oxide(NO) and endothelin 1(ET 1) in plasma of rats. METHODS:Sixty adult SD rats were divided into control group and exposure group according to the random number table method. The rats in the exposure group were exposed to infrasound(frequence:16 Hz; sound pressure level:130 dB) for 1,7,14,21,and 28 d,2 h/d. The contents of NO and ET 1 were measured after exposure. RESULTS:NO contents in plasma changed after 1 day exposure to infrasound(P< 0.05), and decreased obviously at 7 and 14 days. The NO contents at 0, 7 and 14 days were (35.55±3.64), (34.70±4.26) and (33.37±4.78)μmol/L in the exposure groups, significantly different from those in the control group[(36.01±3.41), (36.02±3.71) and (36.11±3.39)μmol/L] (F=3.310,P< 0.05), and the NO contents returned to normal level at 21 and 28 d (P >0.05).The ET 1 level in plasma of rats in the exposure group increased significantly compared with the control group(F=3.130, P< 0.01), the increase was the most at 7 days, and the least at 14 days, those at 21 and 28 days were higher than that at 14 days.Infrasound can lead to changes of NO and ET 1 in rats plasma, which is related to the amount and time of infrasound exposure.
