摘 要:文章针对钢丝绳抽油杆的结构特点 ,首次进行了钢丝绳抽油杆结构阻尼的定性分析 ,推导了等效结构阻尼和流体粘滞阻尼的计算公式 ,比较了钢丝绳抽油杆和常规钢杆的阻尼计算结果。计算结果表明 ,由于钢丝绳杆的损耗因子和弹性模量均小于常规钢杆 ,所以 ,其结构阻尼较小 ,即使在损耗因子相同的情况下 ,其结构阻尼系数也只有常规钢杆的 0 .714倍 ;钢丝绳杆在流体中的阻尼至少比常规钢杆小 10 %~ 30 %。In accordance with the characteristics of the wireline sucker rod,for the first time,qualitative analysis of the constructional damping of the wireline sucker rod has been done. The equations of the constructional damping and the fluid viscous damping have been deduced. The difference of the calculation of viscous damping between the wireline sucker rod and conventional rod is compared in this paper.Some main conclusions are given as follows.Because both the wear factor and the modulus of elasticity of the wire rope sucker rod are lower than that of the conventional steel sucker rod,the constructional damping of the wire rope sucker rod is less.Even wiht the same wear factor,the constructional damping of the wire rope sucker rod is only 0.714 times of that of the conventional steel sucker rod,with the same well liquid viscosity,damping of the wire rope sucker rod in fluid is at lest lower than that of the conventional steel sucker rod by 10%~30%.
