地面驱动双头单螺杆泵的应用与效果分析

摘　　要：井下采油螺杆泵因具有较高的系统效率而日益受到重视。但是单头单螺杆泵由于受到自身结构和油井井身结构的限制 ,其排量比双头单螺杆泵要小 ,从而难以满足油井的产量需求。文章简述了双头螺杆泵的技术特点以及在胜利油田的应用情况。通过在胜利油田的使用表明 ,地面驱动双头单螺杆泵在含沙油井开发中有良好的应用前景。Because of higher system efficiencys, more attention has been paid to screw pump. The capacity of single-head screw pump is smaller than dual-head screw pump, so it can not meet the need of oil well production. This article describes the technique characteristics and application of the dual-head single-screw pump in Shengli Oilfield. The site experiment shows that dual-head screw pump has good prospect in future application.
