补偿式自验封分层注水管柱的研制与应用

摘　　要：补偿式自验封分层注水管柱由Y341 114型自验封封隔器、伸缩补偿器及配水器等组成。Y341 114型自验封封隔器采用了坐封机构和验封机构一体化设计 ,实现了封隔器坐封与验封同步完成 ;伸缩补偿器具有补偿注水管柱伸长及缩短的作用 ,使管柱的伸长与缩短对封隔器不产生影响 ,延长了封隔器的使用寿命。现场试验证明该分层管柱的密封性能好、使用寿命长 ,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。Compensating and self-sealing examination injection string of separate zone flooding consists of Y341-114 self-sealing examination packer, stretching-shrinking compensator and injection flow regulator and so on. Y341-114 self-sealing examination packer adopts integral design of setting and self-sealing examination mechanism, which achieves the simultaneous completion of setting and self-sealing examination. Stretching-shrinking compensator has the function of compensating the stretching and shrinking of injection string, which quarantees the changes of string do not affect the packer and prolongs the service life of packer. The results of field tests show that this injection string of separate zone flooding has a good sealing property and longer service life. So it will bring much more economic and social prefits.
