摘　　要：油田用双圆弧齿轮减速器是采油设备的核心部件 ,但在使用过程中常发生主动轴窜轴、轴承盖端面漏油、轴承碎裂等故障 ,直接影响采油生产。文章详细分析产生这些故障的原因 ,并根据实践经验提出在制造过程中应采取的预防措施 ,以提高采油设备的整体质量。Double circular tooth gear reducer is the most important part of pumping units in oil field, but the malfunction of it generally occur in use such as the in put shaft is moving, lube leak from the bearing lid, bearing is broken into pieces, so as to tampering with oil extraction production. This article amply analyze the reason why the malfunction happen, and base upon practice It suggest the measures to prevent these faults occurring again when the reducer is in making, in order to improve the whole quality of pumping units.
