摘 要:建立了基于正反馈机制的清洁生产技术扩散模型,讨论了企业选择的偏好模式与从众模式以及相应的技术市场演化行为,分析了清洁生产技术推行政策的理论基础,进行了政策实证分析.指出环境管制手段因获得了动态效率而具有可比较的优势,各国应根据实际采用合适政策,积极促进清洁生产技术的推广应用,加速其市场渗透,尽快建立一个有竞争力的符合可持续发展要求的技术路径.A clean production technology spread model based on positive feedback was set up. The hobby mode, follow popularity mode of selection and corresponding technology market evolution performance were discussed. The theoretical ground for clean production policy was analyzed and the positive analysis of policy was carried out. The environmental monitoring method was pointed as gaining comparative advantage for its dynamic efficiency. Each country should carry on suitable policies according to the reality to promote the generalization of clean production technology, to speed its market permeation and to establish a competitive technology path complying with the sustainable development as soon as possible.
