摘 要:通过对银杏31个雌株品种和4个雄株类型叶黄酮含量的测定,结果表明,雌株品种和雄株类型之间叶黄酮含量存在显著或极显著差异。叶黄酮含量最优品种马铃2号是最弱品种的2.07倍;雌雄株间叶黄酮含量无差异,证明银杏品种或类型间叶黄酮含量存在的遗传变异与雌雄株无关,在银杏雌雄群体内选择是有效的。将选择的优良品种或变异在生产上加以推广利用,具有重要意义。After mensurating on the 31 ginkgo female varieties and four male types about the flanone content in leaf, the result shows that there is remarkable even great remarkable difference between female and male varieties or types. The flanone content in leaf of the best variety -Ma Ling No.2 is 2.07 times as of the worst one. The difference of flanone content between female and male plants is not remarkable, this means genetic variance in flanone content in leaf between gink-go varieties and types and the variance is irrelevant with a female or male plant. It is effective to select in ginkgo group. If we popularize and make good use of the good variety or variance, it is significant in our production.
