摘  要:以玉米种子为材料研究了吸胀萌发过程中胚的抗氧化酶活性变化。试验结果表明:25℃下种子胚根开始突破种皮的时间为16h,50%萌发的时间(T50)为38h,100%萌发的时间(T100)为66h;SOD在种子吸胀0h时就有一定活性,在整个吸胀萌发过程中呈先升高后降低的变化趋势:胚根未开始大量突破种皮前(吸胀24h)增加较快,以后(吸胀24~35h)增加缓慢,到萌发率接近70%时(吸胀42h)开始降低。POD活性在种子吸胀0h时很低,吸胀萌发过程中逐步升高,升高的速度随吸胀萌发进程而加快;CAT活性在种子吸胀0h时为0,在种子吸胀萌发过程中随萌发率的增加而不断提高,但到萌发率接近90%时(吸胀58h)则开始降低。Maize (Zea mays L.) seeds were used as experimental materials. MDA content and activity of antioxidant enzymes (SOD,POD,CAT) in embryos during seed germination were studied. The results showed that at 25℃, seeds began to sprout after being imbibed 16 h; the time needed for the germination of 50% was 38 h,and 100% was 66 h. There was some activity of SOD when the seeds were imbibed (0 h). The activity of SOD increased during the early periods of germination, but it decreased at the late periods of germination. It increased quickly before a few seeds germinated (imbibed 24 h),then it increased slowly when imbibed from 24 h to 35 h. When the germination percentage reached 70% (imbibied (42 h)), the activity of SOD initiated to decrease. There was very low POD activity when the seeds were imbibied 0 h . It increased gradually during the seed imbibition. The speed of POD activity increased with the quickening of imbibition. The activity of CAT was zero when the seeds were imbibied (0 h). It increased during seed (germination,) but when seed germination percentage reached 90%, it initiated to decrease. The changing tendency of MDA content during seed imbibition was decreasing, increasing and then decreasing again.
