摘 要:利用非线性有限元方法(FEM)计算了一种径向磁轴承(定子具有8磁极常规结构)的转子在无偏心以及偏置电流分别为0.5A、1.0A和1.5A下的电磁力及其电流刚度与位置刚度,预测了径向磁轴承的承载力,给出了其磁场分布图,并与磁轴承的线性化模型参数进行了比较.结果表明,基于有限元方法得到的计算值同试验结果一致,可以为径向磁轴承的设计和分析提供依据.The load capacity and stiffness (current stiffness and position stiffness) are the primary performance criterions of an active magnetic bearing (AMB) system and depend on the size and geometry of the AMB and the performance of the control system as well. It is imperative to investigate the performance of the AMB in a wide range of operation and control condition. Thus a nonlinear two-dimensional finite element method (FEM) is used to predict and calculate the force versus the control current characteristics of a journal active magnetic bearing. The current stiffness and position stiffness are calculated at different operation conditions, and the load capacity of the AMB is predicted making use of the established FEM model and compared with that based on the linearized model of the AMB. It has been found that the calculated results based on the FEM agree well with the experimental ones and can be used to guide the design and analysis of the radial active magnetic bearing.
