摘　　要：本文围绕国家自然科学基金重大项目“生命科学中的单分子行为研究”的立项、受理与评审以及目前国内外生命科学领域中单分子的研究现状进行了评述,并对项目的实施与科学管理提出了具体的建议,希望为发展具有中国特色的跨学科研究积累经验。In this paper, the initiative and evaluation process of a new major program of NSFC entitled 'Research on single-molecule behavior on life science' was comprehensively reviewed. The present situation of worldwide ' single molecule' study was analyzed as well. In order to achieve interdisciplinary research experience with Chinese style, the authors also present suggestions and comments on the management of the project.
