摘 要:进行了工频交流电分离铝合金熔体中夹杂物的实验,探讨电流密度、通电时间、分离器管型等实验参数对夹杂颗粒迁移行为的影响。结果表明:电流密度越大、通电时间越长,分离效果越理想;施加4.7×106A/m2的交流电,并维持40s通电时间,不同管型的分离器都获得了较明显的分离效果。实验证实单电流电磁净化金属液是可行的。Electromagnetic separation of inclusion particles from aluminum melt only by industrial frequency current was investigated. The influence of processing variables including current density, imposed time, the types of separator on the migration behavior of inclusion particles were studied. The results show that the higher current density and longer imposed time result in higher removal efficiency. When the applied current density is 4.7×10~6 A/m^2 and the imposed time is 40 s, there are observable effects in all kinds of pipes. The electromagnetic separation from molten metal only by alternating current is feasible.
