摘　　要：总结了影响精制过滤机正常运转的几个主要因素,分别是水洗或碱洗后液位控制阀经常堵塞、过滤机进料泵的电机温度超高、下料螺杆电机经常高电流跳闸、过滤机的滤布上不易形成滤饼。对工艺操作进行了优化,找出了维持过滤机长周期平稳运行的可行性方法。Some main factors that have effect on the normal running of refined filter in the production process of PTA plant in Luoyang Petrochemical Complex were concluded.The main factors include the often occlusion of liquid level control valve after water washing or alkali washing,the temperature beyond range of the filter in-feeding pump motor,the often high current tripping of lay off screw motor,the not easy forming filter cake on the filtration fabric.The technology operation optimization was carried out,the feasible ways of retaining filter long period smooth running were found out.
