半边旗二萜类化合物5F-聚乙二醇6000固体分散体中5F的含量测定

摘　　要：目的与方法采用紫外分光光度法,检测波长为242nm,建立半边旗二萜类化合物5F-聚乙二醇6000固体分散中5F的含量测定方法。结果5F-聚乙二醇6000固体分散体中5F在5.0～25.0μg/ml范围内,吸光度值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.04%,RSD为1.06%(n=6)。结论该测定方法稳定、快速、准确、简便,可以作为5F-聚乙二醇6000固体分散体中5F的质量控制方法。Objective and Method A UV method for the determination of 5F in the solid dispersions prepared with PEG 6000 and the extract of peris semipinnata L was established at the detection wavelength of 242nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 5.0～25.0μg/ml(r=0.9998) for 5F. The average recovery was 98.04% with RSD 1.06%(n=6). Conclusion This method is stable, simplc, quickly and accurate for the determination of 5F in the solid dispersions.
