摘　　要：魏晋南北朝时期是一个持续分裂和动荡的时期,包括城市规划与管理在内的各种制度都发生了较大的变化。但为了维护根深蒂固的封建等级制度,本时期基本上是继承了秦汉的制度并有所发展,特别在官廨和私第的制度上更趋严格。During the time of Wei, Jin, South and North Periods, the society is constantly breaking up and unsteady. Various rules and regulations including the city programme and management change a lot. However, to maintain the deep rooted solid feudal system, they basically inherit and develop the systems of Qin Dynasty and Han Dynasty, to some extent, the system of official and private residence is more strict.
