新试剂1-(偶氮苯基)-3-(4,5-二甲基-2-噻唑)-三氮烯的合成及其与镉的显色反应研究

摘　　要：报道了新试剂 1 (偶氮苯基 ) 3 ( 4 ,5 二甲基 2 噻唑 ) 三氮烯 (ABDMTT)的合成及其与镉的显色反应。在Tween -80存在下 ,PH1 1 .0的缓冲介质中 ,ABDMTT与Cd(Ⅱ )形成 3 :1的红色配合物 ,试剂与配合物的最大吸收波长分别为 43 0nm和 5 1 8nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 1 .69× 1 0 5L/moL·cm。Cd(Ⅱ )量在 0～ 1 2 μg /2 5mL范围内符合比尔定律。The color reaction of cadmium(Ⅱ) with a new reagent 1-azobenzene-3-(4,5-dimethyl-2-thiazolyl)-triazene (ABDMTT) was studied and is reported in this paper. In the presence of Tween-80 the reagent reacts with cadmium(Ⅱ) to form a red complex with a molar ratio of 3:1 in a Na 2B 4O 7-NaOH buffer solution of PH11.1. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 518nm and the apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 1.69×10 5 L·mol -1·cm -1. Beer's law is obeyed in the rang of 0～12ug of cadmiun in 25ml of solution . This mothod has been used to determine trace amounts of cadmium(Ⅱ) in the natural water with satisfactory results.
