摘 要:采用液液平衡釜测定二乙氧基甲烷 (DEM)和乙醇水溶液的萃取分离结果 ,研究强制搅拌速度、搅拌时间、静置时间、平衡温度等因素对液液平衡组成的影响 ,采用最小方差法关联液液组成与搅拌速度等因素之间的关系 ,确定了分离过程中最适宜的外界条件 。The extractive separation for water solution of diethoxy methane (DEM) and ethanol has been determined by using liquid-liquid equilibrium still. The effect of forced stirring speed and time, stand still time and equilibrium temperature on the components of the system in equilibrium is studied. The liquid-liquid composition and affecting factors such as stirring speed, etc . are correlated by using least square method. The most suitable external conditions have been optmized for the separation process, providing the basis for further industrial test.
