摘　　要：目的 :探讨多波长激光仪治疗太田痣的疗效。方法 :我院应用多波长激光仪对 2 98例太田痣患者进行皮损区的多次照射治疗。治疗间期 3月～ 6月 ,对患者治疗次数、年龄、皮损面积、部位、颜色以及不良反应等进行了分组观察研究。结果 :年龄小 ,皮损颜色浅者 ,随治疗次数增加疗效越显著 ,2 98例患者经过 1次～ 7次左右的治疗 ,痊愈 1 66例 ,显效 76例 ,有效 2 6例 ,无效 3 0例。总显效率 81 2 0 % ,总有效率 89 92 %。 1 66例痊愈患者平均治疗次数为 5 74次 ,其中小于 6岁儿童为 4 2 5次。一般治疗 5次左右可以治愈 ,无遗留瘢痕。结论 :多波长激光仪治疗太田痣安全有效。Objective:To determine the therapeutic effect of Versa Pulse C combined with HELP G in the treatment of nevus of Ota. Methods:Multiple radiations on patients' lesions with Versa Pulse C with HELP G were applied for 298 cases of nevus of Ota. The interval of treatment was 3～6 months. In order to analyze the therapeutic effect, the patients were categorized according to frequency of treatment, age, size, region and color of lesions. Results:In general, the therapeutic effect increased with the treatment times in younger patients with light brown lesion. After 1 to 7 treatments, 166 cases were cured, 76 cases obviously improved, 26 cases improved and the other 30 cases showed no responses. The average treatment times were 5.74 in 166 cured cases. In patients younger than 6 years old, it was 4.25 times. Generally, after 5 times of treatment the patient could be cured. There was no scar left after treatment. Conclusion:Versa Pulse C with HELP G is a safe and high effective therapy for nevus of Ota up to date.
