二氧化碳激光联合中药治疗尖锐湿疣临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察二氧化碳激光联合中药 (抗尖锐湿疣颗粒 )治疗尖锐湿疣 (CA)的疗效及复发率。方法 :将 1 2 6例尖锐湿疣患者分为治疗组 86例和对照组 40例。两组均应用二氧化碳激光局部治疗 ,治疗组加用抗尖锐湿疣颗粒 ,1 1 5克每日 2次 ,疗程 4周。观察两组的治愈率和复发率。结果 :治疗组治愈率为 86 0 5 % ,对照组治愈率为 65 0 0 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 ) ,治疗组复发率为1 3 95 % ,对照组复发率为 3 5 0 0 % ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :提示应用二氧化碳激光联合抗尖锐湿疣颗粒治疗尖锐湿疣疗效确切 ,复发率低。Objective:To observe the efficacy and the palindromic rate of CO 2 laser combined with TCM in treatment of resistant CA. Methods:126 cases were divided into study group (86 cases) and control group (40 cases). CO 2 laser combined with TCM were conducted in study group, the control group were treated by laser only. Results:The cured rates in study and control group were 86.05% and 65.0% respectively, the difference between two groups was statistical significantly (P<0.01). The relapse rate in study and control groups were 13.95%,35% respectively. The difference was statistical significantly (P<0.01). Conclusion: The efficacy of CO 2 laser combined with TCM in treatment of resistant CA was specific, and the relapse rate was low.
