1%盐酸特比萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :评价 1 %盐酸特比萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌病的疗效及安全性。方法 :40例浅部真菌病病人外用 1 %盐酸特比萘芬软膏 ,每日 2次 ,体股癣和花斑癣疗程 2周 ,手足癣 4周 ;停药及停药 2周时评价疗效及安全性。结果 :停药时总有效率为 92 5 % ,真菌总清除率为 95 % ;停药 2周时总有效率为95 % ,真菌总清除率为 97 5 % ;不良反应率 2 5 %。结论 :1 %盐酸特比萘芬软膏治疗浅部真菌疗效显著且安全。Objective:To evoluate the efficacy and safety of 1% terbinafine ointment was used in the treatment of superficial mycosis. Methods:Forty patients with superficial mycosis were treated by 1% terbinafine ointment. Tinea corporis,tinea cruris and tinea versicolor were treated for two weeks, tinea manus and tinea pedis were treated for four weeks. After the treatment, the efficacy and safety have been evoluated. Results:Clinical data showed that the effective rate was 92.5%, mycological cure rate was 95% at the time of stop treatment, after another 2 weeks follow up, the effective rate was 95%, mycological cure rate was 97.5%, and the side effects rate was 2.5%. Conclusion:1% Terbinafine Ointment is a effective and safe drug in treatment of superficial mycosis.
