摘　　要：公安部发布施行“五条禁令”,对于推进公安队伍、业务建设起到了积极作用。但是由于各种不利因素的影响,少数民警违反“五条禁令”的案件仍时有发生。我们应从组织领导、宣传教育、排查整治、监督制约和查处违令等方面进一步严密内部管理,最大限度地预防和遏制违反“五条禁令”案件的发生,造就一支具有铁的纪律的公安队伍,确保各项公安保卫任务的圆满完成。The Five Prohibitions issued by the Ministry of Public Security has been playing a positive role in promoting the construction of public security troops and professional work. However, there are still some cases that a few policemen violated the Five Prohibitions. We should strengthen the interior management in the fields of organizing, propagating, realigning, supervising and prosecuting in order to prevent and hold back the cases violating the Five Prohibitions, bring up a public security troops with strict discipline and ensure the satisfactory accomplishment of public security work.
