摘　　要：风险投资能够为农业高新科技产业化提供稳定可靠的资金保证;农业高新科技产业化的风险特征主要表现在资金、市场、经营管理及农业自身的风险等方面;农业高新科技产业化风险投资的市场前景主要取决于潜在的开发效益、市场的需求状况、政策的支撑力度和建立风险投资的退出机制等几个方面。The risk investment can provide the stable dependable funds guarantees for agricultural hightech industrialization. The risk characteristics of agricultural hightech industrialization include funds, market, business administration and risk from agriculture itself etc. The market potential of the risk investment of agricultural hightech industrialization lies in potential exploitation benefit, market requirement, the support degree of policy and establishing withdrawal mechanism of the risk investment etc.
