摘　　要：满足社会物质和文化生活需要的生产目的,就是人类进行生产活动都必须以社会需要为前提的普遍规律,并不是社会主义基本经济规律。无论哪种社会,人们进行生产劳动的首要目的都是为了获得劳动报酬,人们的生产活动是劳动报酬牵动的,所以劳动报酬的分配原则是推动生产运行的基本经济规律,按劳分配是社会主义基本经济规律。The production purpose of satisfying the needs arising from social material and cultural life is just a universal law which means human beings carrying out production campaign must be prerequisite with social needs, not socialist basic economic law. The chief purpose for people to carry out production campaign is to get labour reward regardless of what kind society they are living in ; the production campaign of people is affected and stimulated by labour reward directly. So, the distribution principle of labour reward is the basic economic law considering the promotion of the production operation. Distribution according to labour is socialist economic law. 
