现代女性角色定位与职业困惑浅析

摘　　要：社会主义市场经济的建立与发展,给现代女性带来了更多地参与社会发展与竞争的机会。她们在与男性竞争中获得事业成功的同时,仍然承载着传统意识上相夫教子,操持家务的贤妻良母形象。这两种角色的统一,产生了传统意识对现代职业女性的角色冲突与困惑。转变传统观念,适时转换角色,增强自我意识,是女性适应现代社会发展的关键所在。With the fast establishment and development of socialist market economy, there are a lot of chances for modern female to participate in socialist development and competition. At the same time, not only must they use too much time and force to compete with man to win career success, but also they still play traditional role as good wives in helping their husbands, and as good mothers to cultivate their children and do housework. The unification of these two functions will cause many conflicts and embarrassment for women in their daily life. It is a key problem for women to adapt to the socialist development,to change their traditional ideas, to converse their roles in proper time, and to increase selfconsciousness.
