摘　　要：鉴于经济犯罪和一般的经济行为有着很多共同的特性,诸如,追求利润,理性选择等等,因此,借鉴经济学的成本和收益理论,结合心理学的行为选择理论,从新的理性犯罪人的角度出发,探讨犯罪人犯罪的风险选择模式,有希望能找出总结预防经济犯罪的方法。currently,during the development of economy market,the number of economy crimes is increasing,and the destruction of e-conomy crimes is becoming more serious.So economy crimes have threatened the security of our economy,and destroy the economic or-der.Whereas economic crimes have a lot of common characteristics with the generally economic behavior,such as,pursuing the profits,the rational choice,etc.this article try to use the economics theory and the psychology theory to analyze the economy crimes,and try find measures to reduce economy crimes.
