摘　　要：　中州分公司脱硅工序,设计上有一组采用列管式间接加热脱硅工艺,对于加热过程中易于结晶析出的烧结法粗液与种子的混合浆液来说,加热管道结疤周期是一个很关键的问题。为此,本文提出:把种子和粗液分开,减缓预热器结疤的思路以减少预热器结疤。并从理论和实际上论正这两种方法的可行性。In desiliconsation process, it has a set of tube heater, the heater scabbing is a key problem, this paper put forward, separated the seed and crude liquor, extending tube still heater period, and decresing scabbing. This paper discribed the feasibility of the method.
