摘　　要：根据我国水土保持法律、法规的规定 ,铁路工程建设项目在施工期和运行期必须承担防治水土流失的责任和义务 ,并同时进行监测。笔者根据铁路工程建设水土流失的特点 ,提出 :监测时段主要为施工期 ;监测地段为路堤、路堑、弃渣场、取土场 ;监测内容为水土流失的面积、水土流失量及水土流失强度的变化等 ,并就监测方法做了探讨。Railway engineering construction projects have to undertake the duty and obligation of control soil and water loss,and monitoring under Chinese laws of soil and water conservation.In this paper,the content,method,place and time of the soil and water loss monitoring for the railway engineering construction were discussed.
