摘　　要：以城市交叉路口交通信号相位的优化为背景 ,通过数学规划的形式分析了用圆染色解决这个问题的合理性 ,给出了三交叉路口的最优相位个数。In a modern city,traffic congestion has become a problem urgent to be solved.No one will be happy if he has to be waiting for a long time when he comes to an intersection.In this paper,we concentrate on the optimization of traffic signal phase of T-intersection in a city.We hope to reduce the waiting time by improving the circle efficiency of traffic light.Circular coloring is proved to be the best tool to solve this problem.
