摘　　要：介绍了IP电话及其DSP技术相关问题 ,并针对于IP电话QOS不能得到保证的问题 ,提出了可以利用针对于IP电话的DSP语音处理系统来解决关键技术的方案 ,同时介绍了基于TMS32 0C6 2 11B的实时压缩语音处理系统方案。The paper firstly introduces the IP telephone and the DSP technology.According to the problem that the QOS of IP telephone can not be ensured,the design that use the voice processing system of IP telephone basing DSP is discussed.at the same time,the voice processing system of real voice compression based on TMS320C6211B is introduced.
