摘 要:选用24头已与杜洛克父本配种的妊娠70天的(长×大)杂交母猪及其所生的24窝仔猪,研究不同铁源与注射铁剂补铁对母猪繁殖性能与哺乳仔猪生长和皮肤颜色的影响。结果表明:①有机铁组母猪的新生窝产活仔数和新生窝重分别多于和重于其余两组,但差异均不显著(P>0.18);②硫酸亚铁组仔猪的日增重显著低于其余两组(P<0.05),铁注射恒定改善了0~27(P=0.0001)日龄仔猪的增重;③有机铁组哺乳仔猪的皮肤红度大于负对照组(P<0.02)和硫酸亚铁组(P>0.37),铁注射改善了哺乳仔猪的皮肤红度(P=0.0001),减少了其皮肤黄度(P=0.0001)。以上研究结果表明,在妊娠和泌乳母猪饲粮中添加氨基酸铁络合物有提高母猪繁殖性能的趋势,氨基酸铁络合物在改善哺乳仔猪皮肤红色方面的效果优于硫酸亚铁,但有机铁上述改善效果尚不足以完全代替铁注射。An experiment was conducted using a total of 24 gestating sows(Landrace×Large White)and their piglets to investigate the effects of Fe source and Fe injection on reproductive performance of sows,growth and skin color of their nursing piglets.The results showed:①Sows in organic Fe treatment bore more piglets than sows in the positive control treatment and FeSO4 treatment,and total born live litter weight of sows in the organic Fe treatment was heavier than that of sows in the other treatments,respectively,however,the difference among the treatments was not significant(P>0.18); ②In FeSO4 treatment,average daily gain(ADG)of the piglets was lower than that of piglets in the other treatments(P<0.05),and iron injection steadily improved the growth of piglets on days 0-27(P=0.0001);③Piglets in organic Fe treatment had greater(P<0.02)redness in skin color compared to piglets in the negative control group (P<0.02) and FeSO4 treatment(P>0.37),and iron injection increased the redness of skin(P=0.0001),and meanwhile reduced(P=0.0001)skin yellowness of nursing piglets,The results from this study indicated that the addition of the Fe-amino acid complex to the diets of gestating and lactating sows tended to improve the reproductive performance of sosw,and Fe-amino acid complex improved skin redness of nursing piglets more effectively than inorganic FeSO4,however,this improvement of organic Fe was not effective enough to replace the Fe injection.
