不同基因型高粱植株的物理性状与抗蚜性的关系

摘　　要：通过田间调查和室内分析 ,研究了不同基因型高粱对高粱蚜的抗性及其与高粱物理性状间的关系。结果表明 ,高粱的抗蚜性属显性遗传。高粱抗、感基因型间的蜡质含量、叶片颜色、叶片表面结构均存在差异。抗蚜品系的蜡质含量和叶绿素含量均低于感蚜品系 ,并且叶片表面光滑 ,细胞排列整齐致密。Aphid resistance characteristics and the relations with physical characteristics of different sorghum genotypes were studied under natural condition. The results show that aphid-resistance are controlled by dominate gene. Compared with susceptible traits, the leaves color of the resistant traitl ‘henong16'is light, the wax content is lower and surface of leaves is more smooth ,the cells are in Order and tightly connect with each other.
