奶牛隐性乳腺炎病原菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：用兰州乳房炎试验 (LMT)对来自西安市某个牛场的 76份奶样作隐性乳房炎检验 ,并对乳样进行细菌分离鉴定。结果表明 ,该牛场的隐性乳房炎检出率为 3 3 %,阳性乳样中细菌检出率为 93 4%,阴性乳样中病原菌检出率为 2 8%,在检出的 94株细菌中 ,共有 5种菌 2 2株是与乳房炎有关的病原菌 ,其中葡萄球菌和链球菌占病原菌总数的 90 %以上 ,是引起该场奶牛隐性乳房炎的主要病原菌。milk samples from one dairy cow farm in Xian were detected with methods of LMT and the bacteria were isolated and identified from the samples The results showed that the incidence was 33% in this farm The incidence of bacteria among the positive samples was 93 4% There were 22 strains were identified Staphylococcus aurers and Streptococcus agalactiae were more than 90% in the pathogentic bcteria,showing that they were the preponderant pathogenic bacteria that caused the subcilinical mastitis in this farm
