Sixteen 5 month old sows of Landrace×Large Yorkshire crossbred were immunized by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV)attenuated vaccine on the ways of nasal, genital and intramuscular injection. The effect of immune ways on the intraepithelial lymphocyte(iIEL)distribution of genital tract was investigated by histological method. The results showed that the number of iIEL in the uterus of sows inoculated through nasal and intramuscular injection sighificantly increased than that of control group( P< 0 01).The number of iIEL in the uterus of sows inoculated through genital mucosa sighificantly decreased than that of control group( P <0 01).The number of iIEL in the uterus had no significant difference among the nasal and intramuscular routs. After PRRSV attenuated vaccine Resp was inoculated by genital mucosa, the epithelium presented shorter. The lymphocytes in propria lamina of uterus were gathered in colony, which passed through the epithelium and arrived the epithelial surface. The results showed that the different immunized ways of PRRSV attenuated vaccine had significant effect on the distribution and number of iIEL in uterus and histological structure.
