广东省在业人口职业结构时空变迁及人口流动过程中的职业流动

摘　　要：近 2 0年来广东省职业结构发生巨大变化 ,但是各地的变化程度相差甚远 ,一些地区没有发生实际的改变。广东省内部的人口流动对各地职业结构改变有明显影响 ,绝大多数出自农村的流动人口通过迁移改变了职业 ,外出人口众多的地区是职业结构没有明显改变的区域。对于人口空间流动与职业流动结合的模式有两个问题要关注 ,一是流出地区的发展 ,二是回流人口的重新选择职业问题。The Occupation Structure had changed dramatically in Guangdong province in the past twenty years,the change differs in different regions,and some regions did not change.The change of occupation structure was closely associated with the population flow inside Guangdong province,the majority of the rural floating population switched their job on farm to non farm job.We need to concern two issues related to the population migration and occupation change:one is the development of the original place where floating population moves out,the other one is employment and occupation choice of return migration.
