摘　　要：作为一个大底盘、多塔楼高层住宅建筑工程 ,中海馥园的地基处理和大跨楼板的设计等方面都比较有特点。结合其结构设计 ,着重介绍了该工程的结构选型及分析、地基基础的设计、计算模型的处理及构造措施等 。Zhonghai Fuyuan is a typical tall building with big chassis,multiple towers and big span slab.Its structural design is introduced,which emphasizes the di fficulty and the key points:the selection of the structural type,the design of t he foundation and the base,the treatment of the structural model and the constru ction measures,etc.It may be referred to design the similar projects.
