摘　　要：文章论述了在网络环境下图书馆信息资源建设的现状及存在问题 ,提出信息资源建设的发展策略以及图书馆在信息资源建设过程中应采取的具体举措。This paper dissertates the present situation and the existing problems of the library information building in the network settings and puts forward the strategy of building the information resources as well as the solid measures the library must take in building information resources.
