摘 要:目的 探讨DXA测量骨密度的准确性。方法 用DXA(前后位扫描 )测量 5具浸泡在 2 5cm水深中的猪腰段脊柱 ,共计 2 0例椎骨 ,将测量的结果与灰重及灰重密度计算相关性。结果 骨矿含量 (BMC)与灰重的相关性为 0 .94,P <0 .0 1,而骨密度 (BMD)较差r =0 .4,P >0 .0 5。结论 DXA测量骨密度中骨矿含量 (BMC)较准确 ,而骨密度 (BMD)较差。Objective To study the accuracy of dual energic X-ray absorbtion(DXA) measuring bone density. Methods 20 pig lumbar vertebreas below water horizon 25 centimetres from 5 pigs were measured by DXA(anterior-posterior view ,AP) .The data of DXA were compared with bone ash analysis.Results Bone mineral content (BMC) with bone ash weigtht were correlated at high level of significance (r=0.94, P <0.01). While bone measure density(BMD) were not showed significant correlation with bone ash density (r=0.41, P >0.05) Conclusion For DXA to evaluate bone mineral content is more accurate than bone mineral density
