探讨SPECT断层图象重建的滤波函数推算方法

摘　　要：目的　探讨SPECT断层图象重建的滤波函数推算方法 .方法　通过不同实验模型在不同条件下进行断层显像 ,采用不同条件重建图像 ,分析SPECT采集信息量、处理因素等多种因素与断层重建参数的关系 .结果　在断层图象每帧采集计数量、放大倍数、象素大小、靶面积象素值、靶面积平方厘米值、单位象素的计数、每平方厘米的计数、靶总计数及最大计数等因素中 ,仅有单位象素计数 (KCp)变量与截止频率 (Fc)有显著直接相关关系 (p <0 .0 1) ,其它因素与Fc的关系均为简单相关关系 .回归方程为 :Fc =0 .14 + 0 .5×KCp ,两者的相关系数为 0 .99(p <0 .0 0 1) .根据据回归方程推算截止频率初步应用于临床 ,图像结果满意 .Objective To study the calculative method of fi lter function in image reconstruction. Methods We performed the tomography in the different acquisitive condition in SPECT model of quality control, reconstructed the tomographic data in the various of parameters, and analysed the relation of the filter function with all other factors. Results Among the frame acquisitive counts,enlarge multiple, pixel size,pixel quantity, average counts of pixel,counts of area, total counts,and maxinal counts of a pixel, only the average counts of pixel had significantly directed relation with the Cut Frequence (Fc) in image reconstruction, the other factors were simply related with the Fc.The equation of Fc with killocounts of pixels( kCP) was Fc=0.14+0.5×kCP, r=0.99p <0.001.We were satisfactory to get the Fc by this equation. Conclusions The guess of the cut Frequence in image construction may be according to the average counts of pixels.
