摘 要:利用丝道直径不同的网络器,在各种工艺条件下,对长丝进行网络加工,分析了加工参数(空气压力、超喂率、加工速度)对网络数和网络牢度的影响。利用最小二乘法求得网络数与网络牢度的回归方程,并阐明了网络数与网络牢度之间的关系随丝道直径和加工参数变化的规律。证明了固定的网络器,在一定的工艺条件下,可以通过网络数来估算网络牢度。In this paper, the interlaced yarns were processed with different duct diameters and interlacing parameters (supplied air pressure, yarn speed and feed ratio). And the effect of interlacing parameters on the number of tangles and the stability of entanglement was investigated. The regression equations on the number of tangles and the stabilit y of entanglement were obtained by using Least Square method, as well as the regularity was clarified that the number of tangle s and the stability of entanglement would vary with the change of the yarn duct diameter or process parameters. It was proved that t he stability of entanglement could be estimated through the number of tangles when interlacer was settled.
