摘 要:目的 :了解我院重症监护病房 (ICU)常见致病细菌的菌群分布及其耐药性状况。方法 :对我院ICU2 0 0 0年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 9月所分离致病菌的菌群分布及耐药情况进行回顾性分析。结果 :460株革兰氏阴性杆菌中铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌、阴沟肠杆菌的分离率最高。 2 98株革兰氏阳性球菌中金黄色葡萄球菌、凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、肠球菌的分离率最高。革兰氏阴性致病杆菌对亚胺培南、头孢哌酮 /舒巴坦、头孢他啶敏感性较高 ;革兰氏阳性致病球菌对万古霉素、替考拉宁、氯霉素、利福平的敏感性较高。结论 :加强耐药监测 。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria isolated from ICU. Methods Retrospective analysis was made to the he distribution and drug resistance situation of ICU in our hospital from May 2000 to September 2003. Results The isolation rates of Psuedomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumonia, Acinetobacter species, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia and Enterobacter cloacae were the most high in the 460 strains of Gram negative bacilli; the isolation rates of Staphylococcus aureus, Coagulase negative Staphylococcus and Enterococcus faecalis were most high in the 298 strains of Gram positive cocci. Gram negative bacilli were more sensitive to Imipenem, cefoperazone/Sulbactum,Ceftazidime, Gram positive cocci were more sensitive to Vancomycin,Teicoplanin, Chloranfenicol.and rifamipicin. Conclusion Drug resistance monitoring and reasonable application of the antibiotics is important to control infection effectively.
