摘　　要：以三元聚合纳米乳液、乙烯 -乙酸乙烯乳液为基料 ,以超细复合钛白粉、纳米CaCO3 等为颜料 ,以及以超细弹性浆料、纳米抗老化剂、MNB -A型纳米致密化抗振剂为添加剂 ,严格控制相对分子质量 ,合理匹配流变控制剂等手段 ,开发出一系列高性能纳米致密化抗共振弹性防腐乳胶涂料。产品的涂膜、抗振性能和施工性能达到了国际先进水平 。A series of high- performance Nano fine and close vibration resistance elastic and corrosion protect paint that use three- yuan polymerized Nano emulsion, ethane- vinylacetate emulsion as the base, superfine- composition titanium dioxide, Nano- calcium carbonate as the pigment, the superfine- elastic syrup, Nano age-resistant agent, MNB- A Nano- fine and close vibration resistant as the additive and the molecular weight is controlled strictly, the rhelogical control agent is matched rationally,has been developed. Film of the product and property of the vibration resistance and the construction have come up to meet the advanced world standards. The product is green environment protection paint that meets the necessity. The product has broad prospects.
