佳灵三特治疗犬疥螨的试验

摘　　要：为探讨广谱杀虫新药佳灵三特对犬疥螨病的治疗效果。设计了2个试验组,第1组用佳灵三特0.1mL/kg,第2组用阿福丁0.02mL/kg,均皮下注射;对照组不用药。用病灶记分、活螨检查、增重情况、安全性共4项指标综合判定治疗效果,结果表明,佳灵三特2次用药疗效达99.7%,与阿福丁疗效相似。佳灵三特不但对犬线虫、外寄生虫有效果,对吸虫、绦虫也有很好的疗效。In order to understand the treatment results of 'JialingsanTe',a new-type medicine for parasite disease,in treating sarcopies canis.We had a therapeutic experiment by using 'JialingsanTe' on NO.1 group, which use the medicine by 0.1mL dose per kilogram of weight,and'AfuDing',another type medicine, on NO.2 group used 0.02ml per kilogram of weight, and the contrast group,NO.3 group,using nothing.We judged the results by the score of pathological change position,the checks of living mite,the increasing weight and the degree of security.The result indicated that the'JialingsanTe'had 99.7% treatment results by using two times, and the medicine can get off the nematode,the fluke,the tapeworm and most parasite that living outside the canis.
