包头市1980～1989年先天性出生缺陷的调查分析

摘　　要：本文对包头市5所较大型医院1980年1月～1989年12月出生的28454名婴儿的出生资料进行了回顾调查分析。发现各类缺陷24种,143例,总发病率为5.03‰,以神经系统、面部和四肢等系统的缺陷发生率为高。死胎、死产的出生缺陷率明显高于活产(P<0.01);3胎以上者出生缺陷率较高;产妇年龄在30岁以上者缺陷率显著高于低年产妇的婴儿(P<0.01),第一季度缺陷发生率明显高于其它季度(P<0.01)。From January 1980 to December 1989 retro- spective survey of birth defect for 28454 cases at five hospitals in Baotou was carried out.We identified 24 kinds of different defects and 143 cases congenital malformations (5.03%).The occur of defects on nervou,facie,ear,and ex- tremitie system was slightly higher.Incidence of birth defect among dead fetus and still death births was evident higher than among live birt- hs.Rate of malformations among vero third birth was significant higher than first and second one.Rate of defect among parturient mother over 30 years old,low birth weight newborn and born in the first quarter of the years were marked higher.
