摘  要:本文应用裂解气相色谱鉴定脊髓灰质炎、流行性出血热等病毒的实验结果表明,本法的重复性良好,同一标本连续分析,裂解色谱图基本一致。不同病毒,其裂解色谱图有显著差异,不同型别的灰质炎病毒裂解色谱图也有一定差异。改用不锈钢柱子时,特征峰明显减少。裂解温度以700℃最佳。作者认为用裂解气相色谱鉴定病毒是可行的。This paper reports the results of the identi- fication viruses by pyrolysis gas chromatog- raphy (PGC).Viruses were poliovir us (PV) types 1,2 and 3,coxsake B_3 and epidemic hemorrhagci fever virus (EHFV).Vero cells were used for the PV and coxsacke B_3 culture, the Vero-E_6,for the HFRS virus culture. The results show that a high degree of rep- roducibility of the programs can be obtained with the same sample.These programs are clearly distinguishable from different viruses. The PV,coxsacke B_3 and HFRS viruses,for example,present with different programs. The different sera types PV also possess some- what of variation in programs.The optimum pyrolysis temperature for pyrolysis was 700℃. It is concluded that identification viruses by P- GC are feasible.
