复方一枝蒿冲剂联合中西药治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方一枝蒿冲剂联合中西药治疗病毒性心肌炎(VMC)的临床疗效。方法:将268例VMC患者随机分为治疗组(一枝蒿组和牛磺酸组)和对照组(西药组),并辅以其它中西药进行对比治疗观察。结果:一枝蒿组在临床症状、心电图、超声心动图、心肌损伤指标改善和柯萨奇病毒-IgM及肠病毒-RNA的转阴等方面都具有显著治疗效果,总有效率达85.1％,与牛磺酸组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:复方一枝蒿联合黄芪和辅酶Q10等中西药治疗VMC疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。OBJECTIVE: To investigate the therapeutic effects of compound Artemisiae rupestris granules(CARG) combined with traditional Chinese and western medicines on viral myocarditis (VMC) .METHODS: 268 viral myocarditis(VMC) patients were randomized into three roups: 94 patients in CARG group treated with CARG.90 patients in Taurine group with Taurinc and 84 patients in control group with western medicines only .RESULTS:CARG had significant therapeutic effects on Viral myocarditis patients in the relief of clinical symptoms,the changes of ECG,UCK,CK,cTnT and the negative turn rate of Coxv- IgM and EVs- RNA.Its total effective rate was 85.1% .There was no significant difference between CARG group and Taurine group(P>0.05) but there was significant difference between CARG group and control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION:The treatment for VMC with CARG combined with milkvetch root and CoQ10 is effective and worth speading.
